Hi, I live in Tampa and just discovered this site today.  If anyone has started a group in our area, I'd love to join.  I'm guessing no one has....?   Hmm...

Christa

If anyone in Tampa is interested in starting something up in our area, you can email me at cmt0903@yahoo.com

resurrecting this thread from the dead.

i've started driving around the seedy inner city with a gps in search of trashy, neglected parcels that need love. i may only have a car, gps, and a shovel but i have already found many spots by the railroad tracks and the hillsborough river.

here's a long one, overgrown and abadoned by CSX. Rowlett Park Dr and E Mulberry Drive

I know some of these are old posts (lol 2008?!) but I have hope we can get something started in Tampa. I personally live in Seminole Heights, but would love to do some gardening around downtown & surrounding areas. (Tampa Heights, Riverside Heights...etc etc...)

My e-mail is Barkley.Allison@Gmail.com

I have quite a few people interested so far (butterfly & herb gardens), I just wanted to see if anyone else wanted to help out. Smiley

Hi, I have about 3 good weeks of summer left to do something exciting with this around Tampa.  I see that most of the posts here are old.  Can I interest one or more people in a project?  The more, the merrier!  I live in Seminole Heights.  You can email me at cmt0903@yahoo.com if you're interested.

Hope to hear from you,

Christa
