Is anyone involved in or fancies helping to start up a Cambridge group I'd be interesting in speaking with you.  Cambridge City Council have just closed down their green houses at the recreation services so we're going to suffer even more neglected spaces.

Hi  Smithy

There's a group of us keen on guerrilla gardening in Cambridge in principle. we want to do some. we have seeds, plants and some tools we could borrow!

We think people should have flowers where ever they want and herbs as well.

we also want to attract aliens to earth by sending signals to outer space using flowers.

we think gardening should be for everyone

Morning,

I'm just starting some poppies from seed, which I'm planning to sneak into some public beds later in the spring.
Would be very keen to team up....

Is whatever happened in 2008 top, top secret? Copy me in please. I don't know how we can afford not to be planting, especially in Cambridge.

Does anyone want to get together and try to be proactive?

I don't have much horticultural knowhow and am not confident doing it alone but can probably wing it and am a quick learner, and am really hoping to hook up with a person or group who does, but it doesn't matter if you're only learning as well.

I'm interested in community food cultivation (by underhanded means, it seems), rather than just complaining about prices and being held for ransom, and I believe that there's plenty of space to do so, and that it's necessary. Is no-one else out there consumed by frustration at the potentiality of the space that surrounds us?

Someone say something!

Welcome to the fourm.

May be you should hook up with the Guerrilla Gardener mentioned by Richard001 in below posts on the forum in the Cambridge regional board:
