Yeah well, occasionally I have the thirst for a cuppa coffee.  One of the things that puts me off is the thought of a single use cup. What a waste of a natural resource.
So, I endeavoured to re-use all my recent cups.  For coffee or noodles....
May 4th 2012
Then, with a little soil and some potting compost discarded on the side of the road, I made up a mixture for my nasturtium seeds.  (Anyone else sent out by a parent or grandparent to scrape horse sh1t up off the street? Maybe you have to be of a certain age, when horse drawn carts would be seen....hmmm.  Given the chance I always thought I'd humiliate MY children in the same way!!!!)

Then,  three weeks later...May 24th or so....

So, inspired by the tour of Guerrilla gardens in London, I put my mind to developing something similar here, if anyone's interested!  And planted these nasturtiums as a filler between previous exploits.  First I've got to bring them to position...

Garcon!!!!

right about there would be just fine...

standing them in water till I have the holes dug out

yeah, right about there...

and one on the end...

Anyone else not able to see the above images?Huh

They're coming on. 2 out of the 5 sets are surviving quite well, the other three are dead and gone.
