Hi
There is a block of flats next to my mansion. No one lives there and I am sure if will be demolished soon.
Around the block is a garden full of flowering bushes.

I am wondering what will happen to these plants when the place gets demolished. If they will be destroyed can we take the plants and put them in deprived garden areas ?

ANy ideas of how to find out what we can do to save the lives of these plants ?

Graham,

welcome to the website. Could you go to your local Ward Office and see if the current planning permission application incluldes building over the bit of land containing the plants you describe. Perhaps they might leave it 'au naturel'.

It's hard to say without seeing the location. But then again, maybe bushes would be better moved in winter.

Is there any way you could provide a picture? What part of Tokyo are you living in?

regards
