Hello Troops, I've had my eye on a piece of land in Kingswinford that would be perfect for a spot of community enriching guerrilla gardening, it used to be occupied by the Old School, it's at the top of Penzer Street opposite the Co Op. The school was a lovely old building until quite some years back the site was cleared and left as an unused eyesore which it remains. This could be a really high profile local project. Mart

Guerrilla Weeder & Planter (Dusk till Dawn)!!

Hi I have worked as a volunteer in stourbridge town centre since 2006 growing plants and weeding the town centre and planters and also local parks (at night).

Any help is always appreciated, as i work all year round removing rubbish, weeds and growing many plants to put into local areas of the community that have been neglected.

Any help is very much appreciated as we don't really get local people wanting to help out.  I am terrible for planting daffs, Lillie's and iris's (bulbs, corms and tubers).  In 2009 I secretly raided stourbridge police gardens and plants 30 Lillie's and Hebe's dodging police coming in and out of the station LOL.

If there are any areas I can help out other than stourbridge I am quite willing to help out, I do like to keep weeds and rubbish at bay!  It is amazing with a bit of planting how much the environment improves for everyone in it, people start to take respect for their local community.

Best Regards
