Free land for garden and homestead

We just help found a new land/housing co-op 45 minutes east of Aurora and are giving away free land to homesteaders.  Each unit is big enough to earn a living on gardening or raising animals, and the common areas are available for 10% crop share to members as well.  While you don't have to live on site and can just use the free land through the homesteading program, with no HOA and few codes out here, it's cheap to permanently locate yourself and either commute in (it's a shorter commute to Aurora from here than from Lakewood).

Very environmentally friendly - only organic is allowed.  We're in the process of opening a public library and we'll also be making our own fuel!  You're not in the boonies - 20 min to the supermarket or hospital... it's not too good to be true, but we're too good to profiteer off of land and are dedicated to the co-op spirit.  We used to earn a living farming in the unused spaces of town, but now can do so legitimately!

Let us know if you'd like to come out and see -, or 720-295-LARK.
