I am currently traveling around the united states. Been on the road for three weeks actually. Many of the small towns I have traveled to have had beautiful flower display's along the sidewalks. I even wondered who would be doing the watering of the baskets on the lamp posts.... Figured it must be volunteers. When I return home I am intending to form a group, check out possible places that could use some attention and get moving.
So.....
Can someone send me in the right direction to not only get this started but to also create a program that is sustainable?
