Shrub cover - good plants?
« on: April 14, 2010, 12:55:21 PM »
My local council (UK) grows a lot of shrubby areas.  I am concerned about food security and hope to hide edible species in these areas. I am particularly interested in species that have potential as a staple food crop.

The main plant I am using is the  Siberian peashrub

Its not a staple but I have also been planting Sea Buckthorn

Any other suggestions?
