Hey Mark,
I work as part of a curatorial organisation and we have organised a couple of projects over teh last few years which involve guerrilla gardening. We'll not be doin anything similar for a while - probably not til spring next year but just wanted to respond to you so you don't feel alone! When we do begin to think of anything, we'll be straight on to the forum here to tell you all about it! Another good place to keep an eye on is Catalyst Arts - they're always doing interesting things and sometimes it involves guerrilla's and gardens...

Hi, mark, brown and bri, I have just joined the site and would like to meet other like-minded guerillas out and about in Belfast. I would probably know your faces anyway if you're the kinda person who goes to gigs and/or drinks in Belfast... Wink
I am getting very pissed off with Belfast Shitty council and their policies or lack of them, the blatant corruption and sheer laziness of our so called representatives who basically do a all of worth, the development of belfast with no regard to what the people actually want or need.

I would like to start some sort of a community group to use waste land to grow vegetables and would be interested in talking to people who know about organising fundraising and securing grants, all the sort of real world things that I have no clue about..

so pm me or reply if you're interested in a chat  Smiley

mucho love and good vibes
