Sobald der Winterfrost vorbei ist, geh' ich in Zuerich was pflanzen. Ich hab mir gedacht, 'n Kartoffelacker im Kaeferberg waer toll. Tomaten brauchen nicht viel Wasser, vielleicht da was. Sonst wuerde ich einen Garten mit Zapatista-Mais pflanzen - Ursorte und genetisch nicht modifiziert.
Mal schauen, wie viel Zeit ich hab.

Zapatista-Mais? daran haette ich auch Interesse. bin selbst bei Cafe RebelDia engagiert...

Vielleicht koennen wir ja zusammen etwas auf die Beine stellen? Gemeinsam gaertnern macht mehr Spass  Wink

Oh schoen... Ich bin Kaffee und Teesuechtig.  Cheesy Tee am Morgen, Kaffe am Mittag. Ich hab mir mal den Newsletter bestellt.
Den Maiz Zapatista gibt's sonst auch hier zu bestellen (Ich hab ihn von 'nem Mexikanischen Bauern geschenkt bekommen):

Hi, Richard
I'm not in Kreis 6, out in Freienstein on a hillside where I don't need to plant on the sly. I've been growing out a couple endangered species for the canton (Pulsatilla vulgaris, Rosa gallica), also a sort of militant effort, but I'd be glad to join you in some action in town sometime or just grow out some seeds to seedlings for you.
I also have some Hopi corn that I picked myself on the reservation in Arizona some years back. Can't guarantee a germination rate, but you're welcome to a handful...    Best regards,  noel
