Gardening is the BEST anti-depressant

I am new to this site as well as to the community.  I live in Benicia, California (about 30 miles from SF) and was wondering if there are any GG's in my area.  There are several areas in my town that could use my help along with anyone else who may be interested.

I believe in hard work, plenty of potting soil, and watching the results =)
