There's a hospital in downtown New Rochelle and the grounds are pretty depressing.  There's a lot of sod and it's not too attractive.  I know an exec at the hospital and she could probably help and it would be totally legitimate and Guerillas would probably get some press in local papers.  New Rochelle is only about 30 minutes from Midtown, so it's pretty accessible.  I'd be interested in participating in projects around Westchester/Connecticut if anyone else has ideas.

Hi there...I'm a college student at Purchase College looking to get involved in some guerrilla gardening. However, my transport is limited to bike and bus. I'd still be interested in gardening with you closer to my campus (White Plains, maybe?)
