Last Saturday's seed bomb making party at Brothers K coffee house in Evanston was a great success and lots of fun. With the help of many new friends and passers by--like MudMan (age 9) and Lake (age 5)--we made approximately 700 seed bombs, which are now drying on the floor of the laundry room at Happy001's apartment building.

We've got plenty of seed bombs, so everyone is welcome to join us this Saturday, Sept 27, (4 pm at Bros K) to hurl them over the fence of the ugly vacant lot at the corner of Chicago Ave and Main St in Evanston. One young GG has pledged to bring her lacrosse stick to help get the bombs into the center of the lot. Another has promised that her arm can do the job. If you have a good arm, or one of those things to throw a tennis ball for a dog, bring it along.

Hope to see you there!
