hi, i'm a guerrilla gardener who's normally based in london. last year i did a session at the people and planet (a student eco / social campaigning group) conference about guerrilla gardening and they've asked me to do it again this year. last year we were in sheffield but this year it's birmingham.

to cut a long story short, on the weekend of 21-23 november i'll have two teams of eager 16-23 (ish) year olds who are busting to try out guerrilla gardening for the first time. so if there's any plots that anyone's had their eye on that need some serious people power to get started, this could be the answer! the session is a lot of fun for the participants, but to be really worth doing, it'd be great to make it something long term for birmingham guerrillas too.

only catch is, we'll be based at the university, so any site needs to be within about five minutes walk of the uni.

if you've got any ideas i'd love to speak to you, please drop me an email at olly.zanetti@hotmail.co.uk

cheers
olly

Hi,  I'd be happy to join in. I live in Cotteridge near Cadbury's.  Can't think of a "plot" right now but keep me posted. My name is Lucy Sobrero ( Italian origin like you I think! ) and my number is 0121 4583332.

If you go along the rhea valley cycle route that runs past Canon Hill Park etc, there should be lots of places.
just a thought.
