i understand the guerrilla aspect of planting wherever.. but does anyone know how to find legit land that i can homestead and claim as my own? basically unoccupied unclaimed land.. i realize that all i have to do is improve a certain piece of unclaimed land and i have a lawful claim to it but i dont really know how to find such a piece of land and whether or not it is claimed yet or not.. has anyone been through this process and can help me out with that? i also want to live on it..

my goal is also to plant wild gardens not just in urban settings but maybe in secret locations in the middle of nowhere.. like little havens that someone could network across the U.S. or the world and spot jump them like a nomad.. anyone interested or already in the process of doing something like this?

My old trusty Hayter mower has finally packed up on me so I'm now looking at a new one.
I'm currently looking at the Makita PLM4611 4-Stroke 190cc Petrol Lawn Mower from www.toolbox.co.uk and wondered if anyone had had any experience with Makita mowers or this Mower in specific?

Thanks guys, I look forward to hearing your opinions.

Right, last day in town and a few hours to kill, so I headed over to Uzopis for a check up.

To my horror, I found this.....

which was disappointing to say the least!
So, I legged it down to Iki at the bottom of the hill, not far from the wall displaying the Constitution of Uzopis, and got a basil. Tried it for size....

ok, pretty good.
So, I threw three seed bombs into the original 'pot' and left it at that. Fingers crossed.

Right, the previous appointment for 10am had to be postponed due to a bit of a headache. Not entirely unrelated to activities partaken of the previous evening with my Palestinian 'nephew' and a bottle of Tequila. But I digress...

The next evening, I made my attack....geranium in hand....

The empty containers...

A Tupperware lunchbox of topsoil later (the soil in Lithuania is very sandy, very sandy indeed.)

Geranium planted....

with the pot it came in. And 500ml of water. Too much the water carrying capacity of the tyre is rather low. That's why I chose the geranium, they can take a dry environment....

At 1am, it was still warm/hot....
